We are redefining human-centric drug testing through the convergence of 3D bioprinting, microfluidics, and AI. As a 3D Bioprinting Scientist, you will help engineer living human-tissue models that accelerate safer, faster, and more ethical drug discovery, replacing traditional animal testing with predictive, human-relevant systems.

Key Responsibilities

This role combines innovation and precision. You will design, print, and characterize biomimetic constructs using advanced bioprinting platforms while collaborating closely with material scientists, cell biologists, and computational modelers to bring digital organ twins to life.

  • Design and fabricate 3D bioprinted tissues, organoids, and microtissue scaffolds using state-of-the-art extrusion, inkjet, or laser-assisted systems.
  • Develop and optimize bioinks composed of natural and synthetic polymers (gelatin methacrylate, alginate, collagen, PEG, etc.) tailored for specific cell types and mechanical properties.
  • Integrate perfusion and microfluidic flow modules for long-term culture and real-time imaging of tissue constructs.
  • Collaborate with AI and data-science teams to generate annotated datasets and evaluate bioprinting parameters via predictive modeling.
  • Perform viability, morphology, and functionality assays (live/dead, immunofluorescence, histology) to validate printed tissues.
  • Document experimental protocols, maintain accurate records, and contribute to publications, IP filings, and technical reports.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for scientists who combine technical mastery with creative curiosity.

  • PhD or MSc in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Tissue Engineering, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in 3D bioprinting, microfabrication, or biomaterials formulation.
  • Proficiency in CAD modeling, slicer software, and printer calibration.
  • Familiarity with mammalian cell culture, sterile technique, and imaging instrumentation (confocal, fluorescence, SEM).
  • Knowledge of polymer crosslinking chemistry, rheology, and mechanical characterization of hydrogels.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary collaboration with AI, CFD, or computational modeling teams is a plus.

What We Value

Our foundation is built on the convergence of curiosity, ethics, and excellence. We believe that the future of healthcare innovation depends not just on the technologies we create, but on the values that guide how we create them.
